Diamond Law Center Terms and Conditions of Sale

Diamond Law Center, LLC

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: September 29, 2026

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("User," "Purchaser," "you," or "your") and Diamond Law Center, LLC ("Diamond Law Center," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your purchase, access to, and use of our home-study courses, course manuals, video and audio training, forms, contracts, spreadsheets, downloads, membership site, live workshops and events, and related products and services (collectively, the "Products and Services").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION AND A CLASS-ACTION AND JURY-TRIAL WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND LIMIT HOW DISPUTES WITH US CAN BE RESOLVED.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I agree" or a similar button or checkbox, creating an account, purchasing, accessing, downloading, or using any of the Products and Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or use the Products and Services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Certain Products and Services, live events, certification programs, bonuses, or other offerings may be subject to additional written terms presented at the time of purchase or registration. Those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms with respect to the applicable offering. If specific written terms applicable to a particular Product, Service, event, certification, or bonus conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms will control with respect to that offering.

2. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect, for example, by email to the address associated with your account or by notice on the membership site or at our Terms page.

Changes apply prospectively only. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase. We will not retroactively eliminate material contractual rights associated with a completed purchase merely by posting revised Terms.

Your continued use of Products and Services after a prospective change becomes effective, where that change lawfully applies to continuing use, or your next purchase after the change, constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. License and Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Ownership

The Products and Services and all of their contents, including course manuals, video and audio training, forms, contracts, templates, spreadsheets, scripts, presentations, text, graphics, images, software, processes, systems, databases, downloads, and the selection, arrangement, and "look and feel" of the membership site (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by Diamond Law Center or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other intellectual-property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted below, no right, title, or interest in or to the Content is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Diamond Law Center.

3.2 Limited License and Permitted Business Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment obligations, Diamond Law Center grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Content for educational purposes and in connection with operating your own business, including your own overages business.

You may use the information, methods, systems, techniques, forms, contracts, and other materials we authorize for such use in conducting your own business.

This license allows you to apply what you learn commercially in your own business. It does not give you the right to commercially exploit the Content itself by selling, teaching, licensing, distributing, republishing, or otherwise making our training or proprietary materials available to others except as expressly permitted below.

3.3 Authorized Employees, Virtual Assistants, and Contractors

You may permit your employees, virtual assistants, and contractors to access and use Content reasonably necessary to assist in operating your business, provided their access and use are solely on your behalf and in connection with your business.

Such persons receive no independent license or ownership rights in the Content. They may not use the Content for their own businesses, for another person's or entity's business, or for any purpose unrelated to their work for you.

Before providing any employee, virtual assistant, or contractor with access to the Content, you must ensure that each such person is bound by a written confidentiality or non-disclosure obligation requiring them to keep the Content confidential and to use it only on your behalf and in connection with your business.

You are responsible for ensuring that persons to whom you provide authorized access comply with these Terms, and you are responsible for violations arising from access you authorize.

3.4 Account Security and Authorized Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password.

You may share your membership-site login credentials only with employees, virtual assistants, or contractors who require access solely to perform work for your business as permitted by Section 3.3.

You may not provide account access or login credentials to customers, friends, unrelated third parties, other businesses, or anyone seeking to obtain the benefit of our Products and Services without purchasing them.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account.

Although authorized employees, virtual assistants, and contractors may use your account as provided above, only the purchaser is entitled to contact or use Diamond Law Center's customer or course support. Support rights may not be transferred or delegated.

3.5 Prohibited Uses

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you must not, and must not permit any third party to:

(a) copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise make the Content available to another person;

(b) modify, adapt, or create derivative educational or training products from the Content;

(c) publicly display, publicly perform, screen, broadcast, or distribute our video, audio, or other training;

(d) remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, or other proprietary-rights notices;

(e) use the Content to build, offer, teach, support, or market a competing course, training program, coaching service, membership, or educational product;

(f) use the Content to train, educate, coach, or instruct any person other than your authorized employees, virtual assistants, or contractors who are actively working in your business and whose access and use are permitted under Section 3.3;

(g) use robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated or manual processes to copy or harvest the Content;

(h) circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, access-control, or digital-rights-management features protecting the Content; or

(i) enable another person or business to obtain the benefit of our training without purchasing it, except for authorized employees, virtual assistants, and contractors working solely in your business as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Nothing in this Section prohibits you from applying the knowledge, skills, methods, and techniques you learn from our Products and Services in operating your own business.

3.6 Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems

You may use artificial-intelligence tools and other technology in operating your own business.

However, you may not upload, submit, transmit, reproduce, disclose, or otherwise provide our proprietary Content, including manuals, videos, audio, transcripts, forms, contracts, templates, presentations, training materials, databases, spreadsheets, or other proprietary materials, to an artificial-intelligence system, large language model, machine-learning system, or similar third-party technology.

You may not use our Content to train, fine-tune, develop, populate, evaluate, or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model or to create a competing or derivative training product or service.

This restriction does not prohibit you from independently using artificial-intelligence tools to assist with your own business activities, provided that you do not upload, reproduce, or disclose our proprietary Content in doing so.

3.7 Trademarks

"Diamond Law Center," "Overages Blueprint," and Diamond Law Center's names, logos, and product and service names are trademarks or other proprietary marks of Diamond Law Center or their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written consent except as permitted by applicable law.

3.8 Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property of others and expect our Users to do the same. If you believe Content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated Copyright Agent:

Diamond Law Center, LLC
ATTN: Copyright Agent
1489 W Warm Springs Rd, Suite 110, Office 461
Henderson, NV 89169
Email: [email protected]
Phone: (800) 981-2846

We may disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.

3.9 Remedies

You acknowledge that unauthorized use, copying, disclosure, or distribution of the Content may cause Diamond Law Center irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be inadequate.

In addition to remedies available at law or in equity, including remedies available under applicable intellectual-property laws, Diamond Law Center may seek injunctive relief and may immediately suspend or terminate your license and access in the event of a material breach of this Section.

4. Digital Delivery and Access

Our products are delivered digitally unless the applicable offer expressly provides otherwise.

When your online order is processed, we will provide login or other access information for the applicable training or membership website, usually within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact our office at 800-981-2846 or [email protected] so we can verify your information and resend access instructions.

Unless a particular offer expressly provides a longer period, access to a purchased digital course is guaranteed for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase, provided your account remains in good standing and required payments are current.

Your purchase does not include future editions, upgrades, replacement programs, newly created versions, or other future Products or Services unless expressly stated in the offer under which you purchased.

During your access period, we may update, reorganize, modify, replace, or improve the platform, presentation, format, or delivery method of a Product, provided you continue to have access to the material included in the version you purchased or substantially equivalent material.

5. Digital Product Return and Refund Policy

Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation right you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.

5.1 Three-Day Refund Period

Unless a particular offer expressly provides a different written refund policy, to request a refund for a digital product you must email [email protected] within three (3) calendar days of your purchase and clearly state that you are requesting a refund.

During that three-day period, you may:

(a) access and watch the course videos; and

(b) access and download the course manual.

Doing either of those things will not, by itself, eliminate your refund eligibility.

However, once you access and/or download any forms or contracts included with the Product, the Product is no longer eligible for a refund.

The forms and contracts contain proprietary intellectual property and work product that constitute an important part of the value of the Product. Accordingly, accessing or downloading any such forms or contracts ends your refund eligibility even if you are still within the three-day refund period.

5.2 Refund or Cancellation Acknowledgment

We may, on a case-by-case basis, require you to execute and return a refund or cancellation acknowledgment, termination acknowledgment, or similar document (an "Acknowledgment") as part of processing your refund.

5.3 Refund Processing

When a refund is requested, we may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the applicable Product and related membership-site Content.

Approved refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original method of payment. We generally process approved credit-card refunds promptly, although your card issuer or financial institution controls when the credit appears on your account.

If the original purchase was paid by check or another method for which a direct refund is not reasonably available, we may issue the refund by check or another appropriate method.

5.4 Repeated Returns

Because of the costs associated with providing Products and Services, if you have returned two or more Products during the preceding twelve (12) months, we reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to decline future purchases from you.

6. Support

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable offer, email support is available to the purchaser for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Support is intended to assist with matters such as accessing the purchased Product, navigating the course, locating information within the course, and understanding where particular subjects are addressed.

Support does not include:

  • individual coaching or mentoring;
  • deal consulting;
  • review or evaluation of individual overages claims or potential claims;
  • review or analysis of individual transactions, cases, or files;
  • individualized legal advice or legal representation;
  • preparation or review of legal documents;
  • tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice;
  • individualized business consulting; or
  • other professional services.

Only the purchaser may use our support services. Employees, virtual assistants, contractors, business partners, customers, or other persons may not independently use support associated with the purchaser's account.

Expiration of the one-year support period does not shorten the minimum twenty-four-month digital-course access period described in Section 4.

Any opportunity to purchase an upgrade or additional support in the future is subject to availability and the terms then offered. Nothing in these Terms guarantees that an upgrade or extended-support option will be offered.

7. Payment Plans

If you purchase a Product or Service using a payment plan, you remain responsible for making all payments when due in accordance with the payment plan you selected.

A payment plan is a method of paying the purchase price and does not create a month-to-month subscription or a right to cancel future installments merely by discontinuing use, unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

You may prepay the remaining balance of your payment plan in full at any time, without penalty.

Where a payment plan is subject to the federal Truth in Lending Act, a state retail-installment-sales law, or other applicable consumer-credit law, we will provide the disclosures and any contract terms those laws require at or before the time you enter into the payment plan, and those disclosures and terms will apply to the plan.

If a required payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not received when due, we may suspend or terminate access to the applicable Product, membership site, support, event, or other benefits until the account is brought current.

We also reserve the right, in our discretion and subject to applicable law, to refer unpaid amounts for collection.

Suspension or termination of access because of nonpayment does not waive amounts that remain lawfully due.

8. Billing Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect or that you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at [email protected] so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

You agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve billing and refund disputes directly with us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Nothing in this Section eliminates or limits any non-waivable right you may have under applicable law or under the rules governing your credit card or payment provider.

9. No Professional Advice

The Products and Services and all Content are provided for general educational and informational purposes only and are not substitutes for professional advice.

Diamond Law Center's name notwithstanding, purchasing or using our Products and Services does not retain Diamond Law Center or Bob Diamond as your attorney and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, or other professional advice through the Products and Services.

You should consult your own attorney, accountant, tax professional, financial professional, or other qualified advisor before acting on information where professional advice is appropriate.

Laws, regulations, procedures, and individual circumstances vary and may change. You are responsible for determining the legal and other requirements applicable to your business and activities.

10. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

We have made every effort to represent our Products and Services accurately. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that you will achieve any particular result or earn any particular amount of money.

Our Products and Services provide education, information, systems, tools, and training that can be used to build and operate an overages business or other business addressed by the applicable Product.

Our Products and Services provide education and training only. We do not provide you with overage claims, leads, customer lists, accounts, clients, or a done-for-you business. You are responsible for finding and developing your own claims, customers, and business opportunities. Any leads, databases, or similar benefits offered in connection with a live event are governed by the separate terms applicable to that event and are not part of these Terms.

Success is possible, but it is not automatic, easy, or guaranteed.

Building and operating a successful business requires substantial work, effort, persistence, judgment, learning, implementation, and follow-through. Purchasing a course does not produce results by itself.

Results depend upon numerous factors, including your effort, skill, knowledge, dedication, persistence, judgment, ability to learn and implement the training, market conditions, competition, legal and regulatory conditions, and the actions you take.

We do not guarantee that you will recover overages, obtain clients, complete transactions, generate revenue, earn profits, or achieve any particular financial or business result.

Even if you diligently study the program, follow the training, devote substantial time and effort to the business, and properly implement what you learn, you may earn little or no money and may lose money.

Any income figures, recoveries, checks, revenues, profits, transactions, or other financial results referenced in our Products and Services, websites, advertising, events, testimonials, or case studies are examples of individual outcomes unless expressly stated otherwise. They are not promises, guarantees, or representations of what you will earn.

Where we make a specific earnings claim for which applicable law requires disclosure or substantiation, we will make the disclosures and maintain the substantiation required by applicable law.

You alone are responsible and accountable for your business decisions, actions, expenses, and results.

11. Testimonials and Case Studies

Testimonials and case studies reflect the actual experiences of individual customers who have used our Products and Services.

Testimonials may be edited for length, grammar, clarity, formatting, or presentation, but we do not intentionally edit a testimonial in a way that materially changes the substance of what the person communicated.

Testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences and results. Results vary, and we do not guarantee or imply that you will achieve the same or similar results or earn any particular amount, or any amount at all.

Where a person giving a testimonial has a material connection to us, such as compensation or a free or discounted Product, we will disclose that connection as required by applicable law.

12. Live Workshop and Event Attendance

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable offer, purchase of a Product or Service that includes attendance at a Diamond Law Center live workshop or event entitles the purchaser to attend one (1) live event only.

Attendance at one event does not create a right to attend the same or a similar event again in the future.

Live-event registration and attendance rights are personal and may not be transferred or assigned without our prior written approval.

Certain events may include certification or other special benefits. Certification is not included merely because you attend a live event. Certification programs and requirements are governed by the specific offer and any separate terms applicable to that event or certification.

Bonuses, leads, databases, or other event-specific benefits are governed by the applicable event offer or separate event-specific terms and are not automatically included with other Products, Services, or events.

13. No Recording of Live Events

Attendees may not photograph, audio record, video record, livestream, screen capture, reproduce, or otherwise record any Diamond Law Center live event, presentation, training session, or course Content without our express prior written permission.

Diamond Law Center may photograph or record its events. The Company's right to use an attendee's name, image, likeness, voice, statements, or appearance is governed by the applicable event registration documents, release, or other agreement.

14. Live Event First-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Unless a particular event expressly provides different written terms, live workshops are covered by our First-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with the event for any reason, you must notify a Diamond Law Center staff member by the end of the first day of the event that you wish to withdraw and request a refund.

You must return any physical training materials provided to you at the event.

If you timely satisfy these requirements, we will refund your event registration fee.

Once the first day of the event has ended, the First-Day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee expires and the event registration fee is nonrefundable except as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.

The guarantee applies to the event registration fee only and does not reimburse airfare, lodging, meals, ground transportation, lost income, or other expenses associated with attending the event.

15. Event Changes, Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Relocation

If circumstances beyond our reasonable control require us to cancel, reschedule, or relocate an event, you may request either:

(a) a refund of your event registration fee; or

(b) transfer of your registration to a comparable Diamond Law Center event occurring within the following twelve (12) months.

Diamond Law Center is not responsible for airfare, hotel charges, cancellation or change fees, meals, rental cars, ground transportation, lost income, or any other travel, business, or personal expense resulting from cancellation, rescheduling, relocation, or modification of an event.

We encourage attendees to make travel arrangements with appropriate cancellation or change protections.

16. Attendee Conduct and Removal

We intend our events to provide a professional, productive, respectful, and safe learning environment.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to or remove an attendee who:

(a) engages in disruptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, unsafe, unlawful, or materially inappropriate conduct;

(b) substantially interferes with the event or other attendees;

(c) violates our intellectual-property or recording rules;

(d) engages in unauthorized solicitation, promotion, marketing, or sale of products or services to other attendees; or

(e) materially violates these Terms or applicable event rules.

An attendee removed for such conduct is not entitled to a refund of the event registration fee, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Products and Services will be uninterrupted or error-free or that Content will always be accurate, complete, or current.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Diamond Law Center or its owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, coaches, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or data, arising out of or relating to the Products and Services or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Diamond Law Center's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a Product or Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid Diamond Law Center for the particular Product, Service, or event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

19. Indemnification

You agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Diamond Law Center and its owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, coaches, agents, contractors, licensors, and licensees from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of:

(a) your use or implementation of the Products and Services in your business;

(b) your violation of these Terms;

(c) your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party; or

(d) your dealings with customers, potential customers, claimants, property owners, governmental entities, contractors, or other third parties in connection with your business.

This Section does not require you to indemnify Diamond Law Center for liability caused by Diamond Law Center's own gross negligence or willful misconduct and does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

20. Relationship of the Parties

Each party acts as an independent contractor.

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, franchise, employment, fiduciary, or agency relationship between you and Diamond Law Center, and neither party may bind the other to any contract or obligation.

21. Reviews and Feedback

We value honest feedback and use it to improve.

You are free to share your genuine opinions and experiences, including in public reviews, and nothing in these Terms restricts or penalizes you for doing so.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to give up any right to post a truthful review or transfers to Diamond Law Center any intellectual-property rights you hold in your review.

Nothing in this Section affects any remedy Diamond Law Center may have under applicable law for statements or conduct that are not legally protected, including statements that are actually false and defamatory, unlawful disclosure of confidential or proprietary information, infringement of intellectual property, or other unlawful conduct.

Diamond Law Center will not pursue a person merely for expressing a negative opinion or making a truthful statement.

22. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

Most concerns can be resolved quickly by contacting our customer service department at 1-800-981-2846 or [email protected].

Before starting arbitration, the parties agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after written notice of the dispute.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

If a dispute is not resolved informally, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Products and Services, including questions concerning formation, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or enforceability, will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under the AAA rules applicable to the dispute, including its Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable consumer due-process requirements where they apply, before a single arbitrator.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section.

Unless applicable AAA rules or applicable law require otherwise, or the parties agree otherwise, an arbitration involving a consumer will take place in the county or other locale where the consumer resides, or, at the consumer's election, by telephone, videoconference, or written submissions. Any arbitration that does not involve a consumer will take place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In all cases, a consumer may participate by telephone, videoconference, written submissions, or in another manner required or permitted by applicable AAA consumer rules or applicable law.

The Company will pay arbitration filing and arbitrator fees to the extent required by applicable AAA consumer rules or applicable law for non-frivolous claims.

The arbitrator may award relief available under applicable law in an individual action.

Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees except where applicable law expressly permits or requires an award of attorneys' fees.

The arbitrator's award will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction, subject to judicial review permitted by the Federal Arbitration Act or other applicable law.

Notwithstanding this Section, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where reasonably necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

23. Class-Action and Jury-Trial Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL CLAIMS BETWEEN YOU AND DIAMOND LAW CENTER MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, MASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

YOU AND DIAMOND LAW CENTER EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Whether all or part of this Section is enforceable may be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction, and if this Section is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed as required by applicable law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 22 and except where non-waivable law applicable to you provides otherwise.

25. International Buyers and Non-Waivable Consumer Rights

We may sell Products and Services to customers in the United States and elsewhere.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms, including the refund policy, disclaimers, limitations of liability, arbitration provision, governing-law provision, or class-action waiver, limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by agreement.

Where such laws give you rights that conflict with these Terms, for example, a statutory cancellation or cooling-off right, non-excludable statutory guarantee, or rule under which mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver does not apply, those laws control to the extent of the conflict, and the remainder of these Terms continues to apply.

For digital content supplied to consumers in jurisdictions such as the European Union or United Kingdom, you may be asked to consent to immediate access and acknowledge any effect that immediate delivery has on a statutory withdrawal right, as permitted by applicable law.

26. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy available on our website, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Additional rights may apply to customers located in jurisdictions with applicable privacy or data-protection laws.

27. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a Product, membership site, support service, or event if you materially violate these Terms, fail to make required payments, misuse our intellectual property, provide unauthorized access to Content, engage in prohibited recording or distribution, or otherwise materially misuse our Products and Services.

Termination for a material violation does not entitle you to a refund except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, prohibited uses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after access ends.

28. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, sell, or sublicense these Terms or your rights to a purchased Product, Service, account, or event without our prior written consent.

Diamond Law Center may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

29. Force Majeure

Except for the specific live-event rights provided in Section 15, Diamond Law Center is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemics or public-health emergencies, acts of government, labor disputes, utility or internet failures, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in this Section eliminates rights expressly provided under Section 15 or rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

30. Notices

Notices to you may be sent to the email or mailing address associated with your account.

Notices to Diamond Law Center may be sent to:

31. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with any applicable order, offer, checkout terms, Privacy Policy, event registration terms, releases, certification terms, and other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Diamond Law Center concerning the applicable Products and Services and supersede prior agreements concerning the same subject matter.

If specific written terms for a particular Product, Service, event, certification, bonus, or offer conflict with these general Terms, those specific terms will control with respect to that particular offering.

If any provision is held illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later.

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
